Consolidation before freight, not after.

Mixed orders are combined and checked against the packing list before anything is booked onto a flight or a vessel. Catching a short-shipped carton on the floor costs an hour. Catching it at the destination costs a claim and a delayed customer.

Air freight suits high-value, fast-moving handset and wearable orders. Sea freight suits accessories and bulk volume where the landed cost per unit matters more than the calendar. Both are quoted at the point of order so the decision sits with the buyer.

Documentation, prepared per market.

Requirements differ by importing country. Paperwork is prepared against the destination and the agreed incoterms rather than issued to a single template.

Commercial invoice
Values, terms of sale and party details as required for customs entry at the destination.
Packing list
Carton and pallet breakdown with weights and dimensions, matched to the physical consignment.
Transport document
Air waybill or bill of lading, issued according to the agreed mode and incoterms.
Origin and conformity
Certificates of origin and conformity documents where the importing market requires them.
